Please Take your time to read through our terms. This agreement is automatically applied and agreed to by customer when down payment is made. By paying/making a down payment you are agreeing that you have read and understand these terms.
Estimates – Estimates expire in 15 days. Estimates are subject to change upon review of submitted artwork. Prices may be revised at the time of invoice based on actual prints.
Deposits and Payment- Print production starts with a down payment of 50% or more, after invoice and artwork approval. This down payment is non-refundable.
Depositing on your order implies you have agreed to the final invoice & approved all line items. Applies to customers with supplied garments and ordered garments.
Payment in full is expected when the order is complete and before we release the order for shipping. We accept cash, checks, PayPal, and credit cards (American Express, Discover, Master Card, Visa, and most debit cards). If a completed order is not paid for within 10 business days an additional financing charge will apply.
Artwork – When free graphic design is requested you will not be charged if the design takes less than 15 minutes. When design time is over 15 minutes, the design charge will be added to your open invoice. You will not be charged for more than 1- hour worth of design without agreement to our design services. We will do our best to communicate the estimated design time & cost when free or graphic design is requested. Artwork created by Ari-G Designs, LLC is owned by Ari-G Designs, LLC formally known as Faith Design and General Service, LLC, unless purchased by customer. Note that colors in images shared online & over email will display differently on monitors. We do our best to achieve color accuracy.
It is the customer’s responsibility to check the mockup for any misspellings or other errors. This especially applies to designs that have a list of names. If everything looks right, please confirm with us that the artwork is ready for print. If we do not hear from you in a timely manner, the turnaround time can be subject to delays.
Digital mockups give a general idea of what the product will look like, but do not exactly translate to the final product. If you have specific dimensions and print placement details in mind, please let us know. With these parameters, we will do our best to get as close as possible. If these details are not given to us, we may use our best judgment and will not be held responsible.
Customer Supplied Garments – We have a standard misprint allowance of 2-3% per order and will not be held responsible for the misprints. You will not be billed for misprints, but please order a few extra shirts to compensate for this if exact quantities are required.
Turnaround – Standard 10–14-day turnaround is applied after invoice is approved, artwork is approved, and down payment is made.
**Please submit these requirements at least 14 business days prior to your deadline.** If we do not receive these requirements within the time frame, your order is subject to be delayed. If order is needed sooner, rush fees will be applied (please see below).
There are many scenarios as to why regular orders become rush shirt orders. Perhaps it’s the middle of the night and you’re fast asleep in blanket kingdom. Then suddenly you spring from your warm bed only to realize the worst possible scenario:

**Rush Order Fees are an additional fee based off the total unit cost, not including setup fees** Please note that rush timing depends upon garment warehouse availability, Carriers timing, and holiday hours. Rush shirt orders require special delivery from all wholesale shirt locations, as well as to your delivery destination. All additional shipping costs are included in the additional rush fees. Rush shirt orders may ship normal Ground Delivery with a Carrier within said budget to Boston, Massachusetts, New York, Brooklyn, Rhode Island, and Connecticut, unless otherwise requested by buyer in which additional fees may be charged.

If finalization & approval is delayed, rush charges may be applied to complete your order. This agreement is subject to change. Printed shirts can be displayed in store or online. This agreement is automatically applied when down payment is made.
Customer responsibility – Throughout the process of an order, various issues can pop up regarding the artwork or garments that you will need to address. (For example: if a certain garment color is out of stock, we would contact you and ask for an alternative option.) If we do not hear from you and do not resolve these issues in a timely manner, the turnaround time can be subject to delays.
In cases where our distributors have back ordered or discontinued certain garments, we can offer substitute garments for the out-of-stock items, or we can wait until the stock is replenished. Please keep in mind that turnaround time may be affected, resulting in delays.
Shipping is not included in estimates unless specified. Shipping time is not included in turnaround time. Once the shipment is handed over to the carrier, we cannot guarantee timeliness or exact delivery dates.
International Shipping – We do ship internationally to some countries. If you need an order shipped outside of the United States, then we would encourage you to contact us to make sure we service that country. Otherwise, you would need to use a shipping broker or freight forwarder like World Class Shipping to handle the complexities of international shipping.
Loss Shipment –The risk of loss of, damage to and title for Products pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. It shall be your (if you are a Buyer) or your Customer’s (if you are a Merchant) responsibility to file any claim with a carrier for a lost shipment if carrier tracking indicates that the Product was delivered. In such case Ari-G Designs, LLC will not make any refunds and will not resend the Product.
Split Shipping – We can split your order and ship to multiple locations, billable at current rates. Please let us know about the split shipment before we print and box your order, otherwise additional charges may apply.
While we may provide delivery estimates, we can’t provide guaranteed delivery dates. Once Ari-G Designs, LLC receives payment for your order (including delivery fees), we fulfill the order and pass it onto the carrier. This is also the moment where you or your customer legally become the owner of the products.
We deliver to most places in the world. You shall cover delivery costs. Delivery prices are additional to the Product’s price and may vary depending on delivery location and/or sort of Products, and additional charges may be added to the order for remote or difficult to access locations that require special attention. We reserve the right to advise you of any additional delivery charges that apply to your specific delivery address.
Some Products are packaged and shipped separately. We cannot guarantee delivery dates and to the extent permitted by law accept no responsibility, apart from advising you of any known delay, for Products that are delivered after the estimated delivery date. Average time for delivery may be shown on the Site. It is only an average estimation, and some delivery can take longer, or alternatively be delivered much faster. All delivery estimates given at the time of placing and confirming order can be subject to change. In any case, we will do our best to contact you and advise you of all changes. We try our best to make Product delivery as simple as possible.
Ownership of the Products will only pass to you/Customer after we receive full payment of all sums due in respect of the Products, including delivery charges and taxes, and deliver the Products to the carrier.
We make no guarantees with respect to any collaboration we undertake with you, including any collaboration with respect to Services, Products (including new Products) or any integration with a vendor platform.
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters the address correctly at checkout. We cannot guarantee address changes due to strict shipping schedule. Please double-check the address you are entering, as we will NOT be held responsible for packages that are sent to the wrong address that the buyer has entered.
If your order is already processing or has already shipped, we cannot change the address and the only thing we can do is wait to see if the package gets returned back to us. You will be responsible for additional shipping at that time.
• If you provide an incorrect or incomplete shipping address and your order is not delivered, we are not responsible for replacing the order or issuing a refund.
• If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, we will contact you to confirm the correct address and provide you with the option to have the order reshipped at your expense, if you decided not to have it reshipped you will not be refunded for the services/products rendered.
• If you realize you have provided an incorrect shipping address after your order has been placed, please contact us immediately to see if there is still time for us to change the address before sending your order out. Once the order is shipped, there is nothing we can do to make any changes to the address.
All website design and setups will be completed within two (2) to four (4) months once the agreement is signed and paid for. During that time, anything outside of the outlined agreement is subject to be charged additional fees. Once website launch checklist is signed off on the website design agreement is complete and any changes needed for your website will need a new agreement or must me under a maintenance plan that is appropriate for said request (fees will need to paid upon signing agreement or setting up maintenance plan.)
It is agreed by purchasing services from Ari-G Designs, LLC, that the Buyer and the Company acknowledge and agree that the Company will not be liable for any losses or damages, whether indirect, incidental, special or consequential, in profits, goods or services, irrespective of whether or not the Buyer has been advised or otherwise might have anticipated the possibility of such loss or damage.
You can’t sue us for anything that we have disclaimed or obtained your release from under this Agreement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law you release us and all other Ari-G Designs, LLC Parties from any and all claims and demands, as well as any and all damages, losses, liabilities, judgments, costs, reasonable attorneys’ fees, and other expenses incurred or suffered by any Ari-G Designs, LLC Party, of every kind and nature, known and unknown, relating to or arising out of any right, claim, or matter (a) which is disclaimed by Ari-G Designs, LLC (or for which Ari-G Designs, LLC provides no guarantees) under this Agreement, or (b) for which Ari-G Designs, LLC is otherwise indemnified or released by you under this Agreement.
Mistakes and Misprints – If we make a terrible error in printing your shirts, then we will reprint the order for you at no additional cost. We do not offer refunds. This rarely happens and only applies to serious mistakes like printing the wrong art, printing the wrong location or ordering the wrong color garments.
Cancellations – As is typical with customized products, we aren’t able to accept returns, however if there is an issue with your order, we’ll work hard to ensure your satisfaction. If your order is canceled before production and a down payment was made, this deposit is credited to your ARI-G DESIGNS, LLC account in full.
In the event a customer has confirmed an order and artwork has begun and/or merchandise has been ordered but not printed, the cancellation may result in an art charge for work begun and/or a restocking fee for merchandise ordered. A refund of 25% may be issued to the original method of payment if determined eligibly by shop owner. If refund is paid the remaining 75% is void and not credited towards account. If down payment is made and production is started / completed your deposit/payment is nonrefundable.
If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your order, first please reach out to our team. We will review your order and do our best to make it right. If the reason for dissatisfaction is due to a topic covered within this agreement ARI-G DESIGNS, LLC is not responsible. If the reason for dissatisfaction once reviewed by our team is clearly on our end. Such as the products received are other than what was listed on your invoice. We will make sure to make the situation right.
We take great measures to make sure your prints will last as long as possible. We do not have a warranty for the prints on garments or promotional products. For apparel we supply care instructions for the longest lasting print. We make sure to offer high quality products along with less inexpensive products. We don’t have a warranty on the blank garment or product as well. As it is the manufacturer’s quality of the product and how it is handled that will determine how long it will last. If you do have an issue with your product or durability of your print, please be sure to let us know and we will be sure resolve the issue.
Due to the nature of the product, no returns can be made once the order is processed and/or shipped. Any claims for defects, damages, or shortages must be made in writing within ten (10) business days after receipt of the merchandise. We will replace only those orders that were processed incorrectly. The replacement of the order will take place only after the receipt of returned merchandise. We will not replace the order if it is determined by us that the order was misused or mishandled by the buyer or part of the order was used by the buyer and part of the order is being returned.
