Faith Design & General Services, LLC…

To create a custom graphic design and other services suitable for your business identity and satisfactory to you the client. Faith Design & General Services, LLC promises to deliver the service of your finished design in digital images files of high enough quality to be printed as well as high enough quality images for web page display. *We attempt to display all products shown on the Site in an accurate manner; however, because of the technical differences in the equipment of our customers, we cannot be responsible for photographic differences in size, shape and color of the products.

Design Concepts and Other Services and First Viewing:
Within six (6) business days of receiving your company information, and an initial deposit fee of fifty percent (50%), two (2) different concepts will be created for you. These designs will be available online with a provided link for you to view (24hrs/7days) until decision has been made. When feedback has been received on these designs any needed changes to your preferred design choice will be revised within three (3) business days. *Note all orders placed online must be paid in full.

File Delivery:
After the final design is approved Faith Design & General Services, LLC agrees to deliver the design to you as a digital file (.png, .gif, .pdf, and/or .jpg graphics file formats). Custom design packages are delivered to you via email for some files and all files are mailed on a CD-ROM. (You may opt out of the mailing option.)

Ownership:
You are given the right to use your new design in all media useful for your business promotion. It is requested that you allow Faith Design & General Services, to display your new design image and your full name, business name, and website address or company address, for testimonial and promotional purposes on my website (www.faithdgs.com) and in any printed ads.

Request:
If you display your new design on a website it would be appreciated to have a text link posted somewhere on your website directing to my page (www.faithdgs.com). Any testimonials received from you will be posted on my website with a link to your website.

What you, the Client, agrees to…

In return for the above-described design or other services rendered you, the client agrees to pay the total fee payable in two (2) payments: a design fee deposit before any work begins and the remaining payment when final design is approved but before it is delivered. If preset templates are to be used, payments are to be paid in full online. I, the client accept and agree that all orders made online must be paid in full before job is done and delivered.

Details

Ownership:
I, the client understand that the final design(s) and/or other services/products rendered belong to Faith Design & General Services, LLC. Design(s) cannot be used until I, the client have made payment in full. In the event of termination of this agreement, Faith Design & General Services, LLC owns the design(s) and has the right to complete, exhibit, and/or sell the design (but not my (the client’s) business name) if Faith Design & General Services, LLC so chooses. Faith Design & General Services, LLC also owns all the design concepts created before I, the client chose the final design(s). If agreement is terminated the deposit is nonrefundable and full payment will not be returned. If I, the client wish to own all rights to design(s) and not have it reused/resold to other parties it is clear there will be an additional fee. I, the client understand that preset templates/designs are not eligible for rights to be reserved (copyrighted).

Use of Logo:
I, the client understand that once I have paid in full that I have the right to use the design in all media useful for business promotion and that Faith Design & General Services, LLC reserves the right to display the logo for their business promotional use (example of Faith Design & General Services, LLC logo designs on their website, www.faithdgs.com or printed on flyers). I also give Faith Design & General Services, LLC permission to use my full name, business address, and/or website address, for testimonial purposes on their website (www.faithdgs.com), or other business related media.

Right to Modify (Alterations):
I, the client understand that I have no right to alter the final design(s) and/or other services rendered in anyway except to change its size for printing or digital display. If I desire any alterations I will consult Faith Design & General Services, LLC first, and Faith Design & General Services, LLC will be allowed the first option to make alterations when possible and I, the client do understand that Faith Design & General Services, LLC will require additional payment to make these alterations.

Request:
I, the client will consider Faith Design & General Services, LLC request that I put a text link to their website (www.faithdesignservices.com) on my website. *Copyrights and Trademarks: I, the client understand that it is up to me, the client to copyright the logo design (www.copyright.gov) after final payment. Note: Not all preset designs are copyrightable. It is also up to me, the client to do a Trademark search and federal trademark registration if I want to register my design as my company Trademark. (Start here to learn more about Trademarks: www.uspto.gov/main/trademarks.htm.

Delays:
I, the client agree to give Faith Design & General Services, LLC more time (to be determined and agreed upon by parties involved) if contractor/Faith Design & General Services, LLC becomes ill, injured, or is delayed because of events beyond their control, such as: fire, theft, computer failure, and/or Acts of God.

Termination:
I, the client have the right to terminate this agreement if, Faith Design & General Services, LLC & General Services, LLC fails to complete the design within forty-five (45) days of the signing of this agreement or if, illness or injury, or events beyond Faith Design & General Services, LLC causes a delay of more than fifty (60) days from the agreed delivery date. If terminated, Faith Design & General Services, LLC shall return to me, the client one half the design(s) and/or other services/products rendered fee (the other half helps pay for the many hours Faith Design & General Services, LLC put into researching and designing the logo samples). I, the client understand that I cannot claim any additional expenses, damages, or claims based on the failure of Faith Design & General Services, LLC to complete the design(s) or other services rendered and that this agreement is automatically terminated on the ending of Faith Design & General Services, LLC and/or decease of contractor.

NOTE: Before you sign this contract/agreement full understanding from the client must be agreed upon. Once the contract/agreement is signed there no negotiation will be entertained. Payments can be done in person in cash, money orders, cashier’s check, or send payment through paypal.com to this email address: faithdesignservices@gmail.com.

Fees, Taxes, and Billing Specifics:
Please note that pricings may vary and taxes may be applied to orders. If paying through paypal.com please sign and date contract/agreement and email it to admin@faithdgs.com. If you are unable to print and will be making payments in person a copy of the contract/agreement will be presented to you to sign and date (payment on this site automatically binds you to agreements).
